• Dashboard

  The dashboard is the first page you will be greeted with when logging in. To view a much more detailed explanation of each feature, roll your mouse over each number.

  

  Multiple Tabs
  For greater efficiency, up to six programs can be opened at the same time. So one tab can show up all the closed orders, the second tab can show you all the open invoices.

  Basic Stats
  The first program that always launches shows the sales made by your company year to date, the total number of orders, and more.

  Remind me about something!
  If you would like to remind your accounting team for example to do a certain task by a date, you can easily set reminders that will be shown to them when they log in.

  Quick Run
  There are two ways to launch programs. One via the menu and the other via the run command. Simply type in the command name and a new tab opens with your program.

  This is a sample page for a typical product. Various information about the product can be edited here.

  

  Mark as Active
  DistribuSuite comes with many enhanced features such as these. Instead of deleting a product, it can simply be marked as inactive, which takes it out of the usual processing cycle.

  Intuitive Item Management
  Properties are broken down into multiple tabs to allow users to process information in chunks.

  Date Selection
  Wherever there are date fields, we offer an easy to use calendar the user can click on the select the date uniformlly.

  Favorites
  If you tend to use a program a lot, you can easily mark it as a favorite. Favorite programs are always accessible on the right hand portlet.

• Order Entry

  The order entry screen offers various benefits. Once an order has been entered, the lifecycle from submitting to fulfilling the order can be tracked very easily.

  

  Customer Number
  When entering an order, you don't have to enter remember the customer address. As long as you enter the customer number, the address is automatically populated, making the entry process less error prone.

  Multiple Ship Tos
  Does the company requesting the item have multiple locations. Do they need the items shipped to a specific location. Using another program in DistribuSuite, you can enter all the shipping locations and simply look for the shipping location here.

  Configurable Fields
  We know taxes vary by state. We also know delivery terms vary by company. Most of the fields here are customizable through the admin, making DistribuSuite very versatile.

  Credit Information
  Data about each customer will be displayed here. This portlet will help you make the decision if the order should be entered, just in case the customer still hasn't paid older bills.
